How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on the total weight of your order and is calculated at checkout. We offer the following shipping options: 

 

 

What brand T-shirts do you print on?

All GLORP shirts are screen printed on Next Level T-shirt blanks. Why do a lot of T-shirt places not tell you the brand of blanks they use? The answer is that they use cheap and ill fitting blanks. We don't use those. We use the best. Next Level apparel is an ethical and responsible company and they produce the absolute best T-shirt money can buy.

How are your shirts printed?

All GLORP shirts are screen printed with water-based inks and usually (depending on the color of the shirt) discharge ink. THIS IS NOT CHEAP PRINT ON DEMAND JUNK! Sure I could throw this stuff up on Threadless or some other POD site and make a quick buck, but I like you and I would rather spend the extra time and money producing my own quality stuff. I think you're worth it!

Cool... So what is discharge ink and why do I care?

Discharge ink is a water based product that is formulated to deactivate the dyes used on natural fabrics. Once the dyes are deactivated, eco-friendly water-based inks are used to essentially re-dye the fabric. This allows for tighter registration (a more detailed image) and bright prints on dark fabric without any ink build up at all. This leaves you with a super soft T-shirt with a print that has almost no feel (after washing). This is great for you because the shirt doesn't fade and can breathe easily because the ink is inside the material and not sitting on top.

When will my order arrive?

Products are mailed within 1-8 days of ordering. The customer will be sent an email with shipment information and a tracking number for US orders, and the customs number for international orders. International orders can take up to 1 week to process and 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. US orders take 2-5 days in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but it may take up to a month for your package to arrive depending on where you are located in the world. That is not always the case. Canada and the UK can arrive within 8 days, but sometimes it just takes a while. All oreders are shipped with tracking, so you'll stay in the loop. 

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size shirt?

Returns may be made on any unwashed and unworn items in exchange for a different size. There is a $5 charge to cover re-shipment. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to mail the item back, and items can be exchanged for any item of equal value or as long as it is in stock. Please email any questions about returns to glorpgum (at) gmail (dot) com.

When returning an item please make sure to include a note describing the exchange you are looking to make, and $5 cash (or paypal $6) for return shipping. 

How should I wash my shirt?

I recommend machine washing in cold water, and turning the shirt inside out. (Although I've been washing my GLORP shirts in hot water since 2013 and they all look great!)

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retail stores?

GLORP is available for wholesale to some shops. Drop me a line through the contact page for details.
